OUTDOORS: Sow 1-2 weeks before the average last spring frost. A second option: sow half the seed 4 weeks before the average last frost (hoping the last frost is earlier than usual) and sow the second half a week or two after the average last frost (just to be safe).
INDOORS: Not recommended.
SPECIAL GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS: A great way to tell if the seedlings coming up in your planting area are from the flower mix or weeds is to sow a pinch of the seeds in a container at the same time for comparison.
