Botanical Interests Organic Feverfew Seeds

Short-lived perennial (2-3 years) hardy to USDA zone 5. Although this heirloom plant has a long history as an herbal remedy (including treatment for migraines), its charming clusters of small, daisy-like flowers on aromatic bushy plants make it a lovely ornamental. It was popular in Victorian gardens. As a reliable, unfussy plant, it was often used as a filler between other old-fashioned flowers such as roses. Also known as featherfew, compositae, bachelor's or bride's button, and midsummer daisy. Feverfew is a self-sowing plant that is easy to grow.

When to plant outside: Early spring when soil is still cool or in late fall.

When to start inside: 6-8 weeks before average last spring frost.

Special Germination Instructions: Seed requires light to germinate. Press seeds gently into soil surface and mist or water frequently.

Starting At: $0.00
