Most orders are shipped using Stamps.com using the United States Postal Service within 1 to 2 business days. Larger orders are often shipped using UPS. Tracking information is available for almost every package we send out.
Please note that due to economic conditions we are finding that many manufacturers of specialty items are maintaining very thin inventories. In some cases, if there is a national shortage of a particular item we sometimes receive a rush of orders that makes our inventory inaccurate. If there is an extended wait time on any out-of-stock item we will gladly refund your order or hold the order for timely shipping upon arrival of the products. We are trying to raise our own inventory levels to compensate for this situation, but we appreciate your patience and past good feedback.
Our Return Policy
If an item is purchased in error it can be returned to us at your cost. Returned items are subject to 20 percent restocking fee. This fee is waived if you would like to exchange for another item we carry.
Any returns can be accomplished by mailing the item to the return address on the mailing label. Please make sure sufficient packing is restored to insure the package returns safely, as we are not responsible for any items once they are received by the purchaser. Also include the original packing slip, or a note indicating the correct order number.
A Nut Free Environment
We are sourcing all of our products with the intent of eliminating points of exposure to peanuts and tree nuts. To that goal, we will not be carrying bird seed that contains nuts nor will be offer any food products that contain nuts.
It is my goal to train my staff to refrain from even bringing nuts in their own lunches and snacks. As we become more established, we will be posting signage and formalizing training proceedures for maintaining a nut free environment.
